A Meeting of Creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator pursuant to section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee. If a committee is not established at the creditors’ meeting, a resolution will be proposed to agree the basis of the liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Atherton Bailey, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA on 10 October 2008 at 10.30 am, for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the winding up and to determine whether the liquidator should have his release pursuant to section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a creditor of the company. Proxies for use at the meeting must be lodged at Atherton Bailey, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA no later than 12.00 noon on 9 October 2008, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
