Notice is hereby given, that in accordance with Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a final meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of The Richmond Partnership, 82-86 Sheen Road, Richmond, Surrey TW9 1UF on 1 October 2008 at 11.30 am for the purposes of:

(a) having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of; and

(b) hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator; and

(c) agreeing that the liquidator be authorised to draw remuneration based on time costs.

A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a creditor of the Company. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on 30 September 2008.
