- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make a Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.
- 2 The general effect of the Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. Z32)
Traffic Order 2008 would be to:
- a revoke the disabled parking places outside No. 9 Addiscombe Avenue, Croydon, outside No. 43 Aurelia Road, Thornton Heath, outside Nos. 1/3/5 Avenue Road, South Norwood, outside No. 126 Bensham Manor Road, Thornton Heath, outside No. 3 Brooklyn Avenue, South Norwood, outside Nos. 143/145 Cheston Avenue, Shirley, outside No. 239 Davidson Road, Croydon, outside Nos. 16 and 67 Elmers Road, South Norwood (2 bays), outside No. 118 Frant Road, Thornton Heath, outside No. 6 Huntly Road, South Norwood, outside No. 35 Pollards Hill South, Norbury, outside No. 27 Redford Avenue, Thornton Heath, outside No. 102 Silverleigh Road, Thornton Heath and outside Nos. 15/17 Tunstall Road, Croydon;

- 3 A copy of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, ‘One-Stop’ Facility, Ground Floor, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.

- 5 Persons desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Order Making Section, Parking Services, Community Services Department, Croydon Council, 9th Floor, South West Side, Taberner House, Park Lane, CR9 1EN quoting the reference CS/PS/JAA/13/Z32 by 24 September 2008.
