At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Clive House, 12-18 Queen’s Road on 19 August 2008 the following Resolutions were duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Alan H Tomlinson and Alan D Fallows of Tomlinsons, 2 A C Court, High Street, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0SR, are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are authorised to act Jointly and severally in all matters.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same date, the resolutions were ratified together with the appointment of Alan H Tomlinson and Alan D Fallows of Tomlinsons, 2 A C Court, High Street, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0SR, as Joint Liquidators of the company.
