Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 24 April 2008, Zehnte Global Equity Beteiligungs GmbH, transferred to Elfte MPC Private Equity Beteiligungs GmbH, 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V LP No. 1 being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP11712 (the “Partnership”), and on that date Elfte MPC Private Equity Beteiligungs GmbH was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Zehnte Global Equity Beteiligungs GmbH ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
