NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make these Orders under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as changed or amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004.

The general changes to the Orders will be:—

• i To amend the waiting & loading restrictions and the bus lane Orders along Kingsway, Southampton Row, Russell Square, Woburn Place, Tavistock Square and Upper Woburn Place, to reflect the changes along the route.
• ii To add loading restrictions on west side of Southampton Row and Kingsway and extend the waiting restrictions on Tavistock Square.

ii To add loading restrictions on west side of Southampton Row and Kingsway and extend the waiting restrictions on Tavistock Square.

A copy of the suggested Orders, a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be viewed at the Culture and Environment Reception Desk, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, WC1H 8EQ.

Any person wishing to object or make representations to the proposed Orders, should send a statement in writing, giving reasons for any objection to the Director of Culture and Environment Directorate, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach this Department by 11 September 2008 within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
