As a Special Resolution

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

As an Ordinary Resolution

“That Jeffrey Mark Brenner, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of B & C Associates, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
