Notice is hereby given that with effect from the close of business on 31 July 2008 Stewart McMinn (“the Retiring Partner”) retired as a partner from the firm of Charles Lucas & Marshall Solicitors, of 28 Bartholomew Street, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 5EU, and of 28 High Street, Hungerford, Berkshire RG17 0NF, and of Eastcott House, 4 High Street, Swindon, Wiltshire SN1 3EP, and of Brooklands, 48 Newbury Street, Wantage, Oxfordshire OX12 8DF, carried on by Peter Graham, Lance Parker, Hugh Ellins, Paul Trincas, Malcolm Poynter, Michael Berrett, David Thomas, Hemant Amin and Brigitte Chandler (“the Continuing Partners”) and the Retiring Partner and as from 1 August 2008 the said firm will be carried on by the Continuing Partners in the same name of Charles Lucas & Marshall at the aforesaid addresses.
