LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 4 August 2008, Panavision UK LP transferred to Panavision Europe Limited (a current Limited Partner in Panavision Europe LP) 100% of its interest as a Limited Partner in Panavision Europe LP (a Limited Partnership registered in England with registration number LP13098), and that, with effect from 4 August 2008, Panavision Europe UK LP ceased to be a Limited Partner in Panavision Europe LP.
