1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Stephen Hobson of Francis Clark, Ash House, Canal Way, Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot TQ12 3RZ, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.
