Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, on 1 September 2008, at 10.10 am, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to 31 July 2008. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of his rights to attend and to speak and vote at a Meeting of the Company in his place. A Member may appoint more than one proxy in relation to the Meeting, provided that each proxy is appointed to exercise the rights attached to a different Share or Shares held by him. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the office of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London EC2P 2YU, by not later than 12.00 noon on 29 August 2008.
