Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, on Friday 29 August 2008, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 11.45 am by a Final Meeting of the Creditors, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of; hearing any explanation of it that may be given by the Liquidator; and considering the following Resolutions: that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account to 22nd July 2008 be adopted and that the Liquidator be granted his release.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Proxy forms from creditors must be lodged at 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, no later than 12.00 noon on Thursday 28 August 2008.
