Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, on 11 August 2008, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor and proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, by not later than 12.00 noon on 8 August 2008.
