“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon James Bonney, of BN Jackson Norton, 3 College Court, College Hill, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 1LS, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
