At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield B73 5TR on 27 June 2008, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that George Henry Wilson Griffith of George H W Griffith Ltd, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
