“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Colin John Sanders, of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
