Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final General Meetings of the members and creditors of Unicorn Computers Limited will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Unit 1 Calder Close, Calder Park, Wakefield, WF4 3BA on 29 July 2008 at 10:00am and 10:15am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, to receive any explanation which may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to pass certain resolutions.
