NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr & Mrs C Brown for consent to discharge up to 19.5 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent to Coatham Beck at National Grid Reference NZ 40211 16466 from Quarry House Farm, Coatham Stob, Elton, Stockton-on-Tees, TS21 1AJ.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 25/6/08 to 6/8/08 quoting reference NPSWQD001989.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Coverdale House Amy Johnson Way, Clifton Moor, York, YO30 4UZ between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
