Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Devonshire House 1 Devonshire Street London W1W 5DR on 9 July 2008 at 11.30 a.m. for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a full statement of account at the registered office Devonshire House 1 Devonshire Street London W1W 5DR not later than 12 noon on 8 July 2008. For the purposes of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless they surrender their security) to lodge at Devonshire House 1 Devonshire Street London W1W 5DR before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Devonshire House 1 Devonshire Street London W1W 5DR between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above. Note: Creditors are reminded that at this meeting resolutions may be proposed to fix the basis upon which the liquidator/(s) is/are to be remunerated. The meeting may also be requested to authorise the payment of fees in connection with the preparation of the Statement of Affairs.
