Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TZ, on 15 July 2008, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at Tenon Recovery, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TZ, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
