WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)

NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given in accordance with schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by William Boyer & Sons Limited for consent to discharge up to 48 cubic metres per day of trade effluent consisting treated leachate to The Wraysbury River at National Grid Reference TQ 04195 77045 from Area C Landfill Close to: Colnbrook Logistic Centre, Colnbrook Bypass, Slough, Berkshire SL3 0EB.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield S9 9BS, during the period 13 June 2008 to 25 July 2008, quoting reference NPSWQD002559.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, 2 Bishops Square Business Park, St Albans Road West, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 9EX between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
