RED LION COURT - CLOSURE TO MOTOR VEHICLES

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of London propose to make an order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the order would be, in connection with a street improvement scheme to prohibit motor vehicles entering that length of Red Lion Court, between Pemberton Row and the northern wall of Nos.6 and 8 Red Lion Court.

3. A copy of the proposed order, of the Common Councils statement of reasons for proposing to make the order and of a plan showing the affected streets can be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive within a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice was published at the Department of Planning and Transportation, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ.

4. Further information may be obtained from the Department of Planning and Transportation at the above address or by telephone 0207 332 1108.

5. Persons desiring to object to the proposed measures should send a statement of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Planning and Transportation at the above address within the afore-mentioned period of 21 days quoting the reference P&T/TRAF/PA.
