At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA on 28 May 2008 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were duly passed:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Colin John Sanders, of BN Jackson Norton, 1 Gray’s Inn Square, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5AA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
