A Petition to wind up Sibella (a Firm) having its principal place of business at 48 Castle Street, High Wycombe, HP13 6RG,, presented on 14 January 2008 by the Commissioners For Her Majesty’s Revenue And Customs of EIS Liverpool DMB, 3rd Floor Nw, Queens Dock, Liverpool L74 4BJ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard by the Royal Courts of Justice at The Strand, LONDON, WC2A 2LL, on 18 June 2008, at 10.30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 17 June 2008.
