In accordance with the provisions of Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, final meetings of the members and creditors of the above named company will be held at Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield S11 8FT on 9 June 2008 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively to receive:

a final account of the liquidation receipts and payments; and an explanation of the way the assets were realised and the funds paid out; unless the creditors decide otherwise at the meeting, on vacating office the liquidator will automatically be released from any liabilities he may have incurred as liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy holder to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy holder need not be a member or creditor of the company. Proxies for use at either of the meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than the business day prior to the date of the meeting.
