An annual and final meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under Section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. The Meeting will be held at First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1BG, on Tuesday 20th May 2008, a Member’s meeting at 10.00 am and Creditors meeting at 10.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with us not later than 12.00 noon on Monday 19th May 2008, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
