Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 2 April 2008, India Infrastructure Fund A LP, a Limited Partner, in 3i India Infrastructure Fund D LP (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP012430, transferred a portion of its interest in the Partnership to India Infrastructure Fund B LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England of 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9WT.
