At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Halesowen College E Business Centre, Coombs Wood Business Park, Coombs Wood Road, Halesowen B62 8BB, on 28 March 2008, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that John David Travers of John D Travers & Company, PO Box 4763, Stourbridge, West Midlands DY7 6WA, is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
