THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (FREE PARKING PLACE) (DISABLED DRIVERS) (PERMIT PARKING PLACES) (NO. *) ORDERS 200*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Westminster City Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to convert a section of residents’ parking outside No. 65 and 72 Morshead Road to a “White Badge” disabled driver’s personal parking place for use by a local disabled resident.
3. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders. Please note that if you have any questions about the documents or associated plans you should telephone West One on the number below to make an appointment.
4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Council’s agents, West One, telephone number (020) 7798 1986.
5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6AJ, quoting reference 5411/MTG, by 11th April 2008. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
