(the “Partnership”)

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 11 December 2007, White Capital Limited transferred to Allocation Europe II LLC part of its interest in Amadeus III (the “Partnership”) a limited partnership registered in England with number LP010984 and that with effect from 11 December 2007 Allocation Europe II LLC became a limited partner in the Partnership.
