Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Tomlinsons, St Johns Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, on 21 April 2008, at 10.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report to the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting and may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his behalf. A proxy holder need not be a Member of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the above address not later than 12.00 noon on the day before the Meeting.
