TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that she has made an Order under S.247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping Up of Highways (County of West Yorkshire) (Bradford No. 4) Order 2008” authorising the stopping up of an area of highway adjacent to 30 Beamsley Walk, Manningham, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, on application to the Sustainable Transport Team, Government Office for Yorkshire and The Humber, 1st Floor South, Lateral Building, 8 City Walk, Leeds LS11 9AT (quoting YHDOT W4705/35/1/175) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Transportation and Traffic, 5th Floor South, Jacob’s Well, Bradford.

Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 29 February 2008 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.
