Notice is hereby given that Paul Michael Davis and Timothy John Edward Dolder were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on the 21st February 2008. Notice is also hereby given the creditors of the above named company are required on or before 30th March 2008, to send their names and addresses, with particulars of their debts and claims to the undersigned Paul Michael Davis and Timothy John Edward Dolder of Begbies Traynor (South) LLP, Chiltern House, 24-30 King Street, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 0BP, the Joint Liquidators of the company, and if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidators either personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.
