FIELDWAY CRESCENT AREA PARKING AMENDMENTS

THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 200*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the Parking Place Orders would be:

(a) in Fieldway Crescent, the south-east side opposite its junction with Horsell Road, to relocate the existing pay & display parking place south-westwards by 5 metres;

(b) in Horsell Road, the south-west side outside No. 5 Fieldway Crescent, to revoke the existing residents parking place;

(c) in Horsell Road, the north-east side outside No. 7 Fieldway Crescent, to shorten the existing residents parking place by 7.5 metres;

(d) in Horsell Road, the north-east side outside Nos. 4-8 Horsell Road, to extend the existing residents parking place by 10 metres; and

(e) in Melgund Road, the south-east side outside Nos. 1 to 6 Baker House, to extend the existing residents parking place by 10 metres.

3. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Order would be to amend the current waiting restrictions in certain lengths of Fieldway Crescent, Horsell Road and Melgund Road to allow for the amendments to the parking places referred to in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.

4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders at the following location:

Public Realm, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR

5. Any person who wishes to object or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Public Realm, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR (quoting reference TMO/AC/2383), within the period of twenty one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
