OLDFIELD LANE NORTH/OCKHAM DRIVE

THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 200*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing propose to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to impose waiting restrictions applying at any time in the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice;

3. IT IS ALSO PROPOSED under section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to provide a zebra pedestrian crossing facility in Oldfield Lane North approximately 55 metres south of Auriol Road.

4. The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order and of the proposed zebra crossing are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order.

6. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Order or zebra crossing should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, quoting reference ORD 3395/djc until the 14th March 2008. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
