NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Park House Nominees Limited for consent to discharge up to 6 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to an unnamed ditch at National Grid Reference SU 84757 10072 from Langford Farm Buildings, Chilgrove Road, Lavant, West Sussex, PO18 9HL.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 21/2/08 to 3/4/08 quoting reference NPSWQD000802.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Saxon House, Little High Street, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1DH between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
