Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of contributories and creditors of the above named company will be held at Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA on 3 April 2008 at 11.00am and 11.30am respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidator, and also of determining the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be disposed of. Forms of proxy, which if you wish to vote at the meetings, must be lodged with me at my office at Meridian House, 62 Station Road, North Chingford, London E4 7BA by noon on 2 April 2008.
