Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Clifton Down House, Beaufort Buildings, Clifton, Bristol BS8 4AN, on 7 March 2008, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
