Upon the undertaking of the Bankrupt’s Solicitor that he pay the Creditors the sums held to Order to apply against the Bankrupt’s debts plus statutory interest and to the Trustee his costs and expenses, and to the Trustee’s Solicitors its costs and expenses, all subject to the limit of £10,583.57.

Upon hearing Counsel for the Applicant and Solicitor for the Trustee.

And upon reading the evidence filed.

And it appearing that under section 282(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Bankruptcy Order ought to be annulled.

It is ordered that the Bankruptcy Order dated 11 May 2004 against Jane Marie Cantrill is hereby annulled.
