THE EALING (SOUTHALL AREA 1) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2008
THE EALING (SOUTHALL AREA 2) (RESIDENTS PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2008

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing on the 14th February 2008 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order would be to change existing waiting restrictions so that they will apply between 8am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays in the length of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the Southall Area 1 Residents Parking Places Order 2008 would be to extend the residents parking place on the east side of Hanson Gardens by 6 metres outside No.43.

4. The general effect of the Southall Area 2 Residents Parking Places Order 2008 would be to extend the residents parking place on the west side of Portland Road by 3.4 metres outside No.1

5. The Orders, which will come into operation on 18th February 2008, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Limited, 6th Floor, 58 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2ST, until the 27th March 2008.

6. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to any of the Orders may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 27th March 2008.
