On 1 February 2008 I was appointed Liquidator to the above-named Company. I hereby give notice that I intend to pay one distribution to the Company’s Creditors and pay the debts owed to them in full. The last day for proving is 3 March 2008 and Creditors of the Company should by that date, send details of their debt to Sinclair Harris, 46 Vivian Avenue, Hendon Central, London NW4 3XP. In accordance with Rule 4.182(a)(v), I will make a distribution thereafter without regard to claim of any person who has not yet proved. All known Creditors have been or will be paid in full.
