Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 9 of the Limited Partnership Agreement Act 1907, that on 21 December 2007, Pantheon Europe Fund V “A”, L.P. transferred the interests held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co V Partnership No 2 (“Partnership No 2”) to Pantheon Europe Fund V “B”, L.P. and thereupon Pantheon Europe Fund V “B”, L.P. became a Limited Partner in Partnership No 2 in substitution for Pantheon Europe Fund V “A”, L.P.
