At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at the offices of UHY Hacker Young, Quadrant House, 17 Thomas More Street, Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound-up voluntarily”.

2. “That Andrew Andronikou and Peter Alan Kubik of UHY Hacker Young, Quadrant House, 17 Thomas More Street, Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator, is to be done by one or more of the above named persons.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 4 January 2008 at 11.00 am at the same place, the creditors confirmed the appointment of Andrew Andronikou and Peter Kubik as Joint Liquidators.
