NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr James Gough for consent to discharge up to 11 cubic metres per day of treated domestic sewage effluent to un-named tributary of the Old West River at National Grid Reference TL 50139, 72274 from The Lazy Otter Meadows, Cambridge Road, Stretham, Cambridgeshire, CB6 3LU.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 11/1/08 to 22/2/08 quoting reference NPSWQD000339.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, PE2 5ZR between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
