Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, pursuant to a transfer made on 31 December 2007, Presidio Partners LLC disposed of all of the interests held by it in Highcross Regional UK Partners International II, L.P. (“the Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registration No LP11093, to Presidio Equity Partners 2007-1 and that, with effect from 31 December 2007, Presidio Partners LLC ceased to be, and Presidio Equity Partners 2007-1 became, a limited partner in the Partnership.
