Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 October 2007 Pension Services Limited for and on behalf of Firsteel Group Pension Trustee Limited transferred to B.S. Pension Fund Trustee Limited all of the interest held by it in Henderson PFI Secondary Fund II L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP011565 and that with effect from 1 October 2007 Pension Services Limited for and on behalf of Firsteel Group Pension Trustee Limited ceased to be a limited partner.
