Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, pursuant to a transfer made on 20 December 2007, LaSalle European Investments, L.L.C. disposed of all of the interests held by it in LaSalle German Retail Venture L.P. (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP 010722, to LaSalle GRV Investments L.L.C and that, with effect from 20 December 2007, LaSalle European Investments, L.L.C ceased to be, and LaSalle GRV Investments L.L.C. became, a limited partner in the Partnership.
