At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA on 12 December 2007 the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed:

SPECIAL

1. “That the company should be wound up voluntarily.”

ORDINARY

2. “That Martin Charles Armstrong FCCA FABRP MIPA MBA of Turpin, Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.”
