Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at 11.00 am on 17 December 2007. The meeting will be held at Myers Clark, Iveco House, Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL. The meeting is called pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Myers Clark, Iveco House, Station Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
