Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung withdrew as a limited partner in EQT V (No.2) Limited Partnership, (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP011509, and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung 2. Säule, a Foundation incorporated under the laws of Switzerland at Uetlibergstrasse 231, CH-8045, Zurich, Switzerland.
